PineDoc is a complete, deployed, multi-tenant AI document assistant (RAG). A business uploads its documents — PDFs, manuals, Office files, images, websites, YouTube — and its customers or staff ask questions in plain language. Every answer includes the exact excerpt from the source document, highlighted with a box on the page — visual proof, never a hallucination. Why it's different: most AI chatbots hallucinate and can't show their sources. PineDoc's core feature is the visual citation — the precise page and highlighted fragment behind every answer. Three channels, one knowledge base: • Web panel — manage agents, upload docs, see analytics • Embeddable widget — 3 lines of script on any site, white-labelable • WhatsApp — connect by scanning a QR; the bot answers on its own, citing sources Built as a real SaaS: multi-tenant isolation, per-tenant vector namespaces, Postgres row-level security, usage quotas, and billing already wired (Dodo Payments).
