About FilePouch
Turnkey file-request SaaS: create a link, receive files from anyone.
FilePouch is a dead-simple way to collect files from other people. You create a "pouch," share the link, and anyone can drop files in. No account, no sign-up on their end. It's built for the people who do this every month and quietly hate it: accountants chasing tax documents, designers waiting on client assets, brokers collecting paperwork. Instead of ten emails asking "can you resend that?", they share one link and the files just land in their dashboard. It's a finished, production product, not a half-built prototype. A few things that back that up: 267 automated tests passing (Jest), plus end-to-end tests with Playwright Around 8,500 lines of clean JavaScript, Dockerized, and live in production right now Stripe billing already wired up: subscriptions, tiers, and verified webhooks S3-compatible storage, built for Cloudflare R2 but works with any S3 provider Security taken seriously: Helmet/CSP, session-based CSRF, rate limiting, bcrypt, and real upload hardening (dangerous file types blocked, filenames sanitized) What it actually does: Pouches with custom or auto-generated links, optional password, a message for uploaders, and tier-based expiry No-signup uploads: drag and drop, sender name and email, and uploaders can delete their own files within the same session An owner dashboard that shows every file with who sent it and when, lets you download files one by one or as a single ZIP, and tracks storage use White-label branding on Pro: your own logo, brand color, company name, and welcome text on the upload page Email notifications when files arrive, plus automatic reminder emails A full admin panel for managing users, granting complimentary access, and changing settings Pricing is already built in: a Free tier, a Pro tier at $14/mo, and a Studio tier that's defined in the code but currently switched off. Stripe is connected, so you can flip billing on and start charging. Why I'm selling: I'm a builder at heart. I get more out of designing and shipping new things than running the same product for years. FilePouch is done and it works well, and I'd rather hand it to someone who's genuinely excited to grow it. It's pre-revenue for one simple reason: I never pointed any marketing or sales at it. The product itself is solid, end to end. What you get: the full code repository, the filepouch.io domain, the brand assets, and the Docker and deploy setup with docs. What's not included: my own hosting, and my Stripe, R2, and email accounts. You plug in your own keys, which is quick since everything is Dockerized (about 30 minutes to get it live). Who it's for: an operator or small studio that wants a finished, well-tested B2B SaaS to brand and grow, without spending two or three months building it from scratch.

Next step: <p>Switch on Stripe billing and run basic SEO around terms like "file request" and "collect files from clients." Go straight at the obvious niches that do this monthly: accountants, designers, teachers, agencies, and brokers are examples. From there, add integrations (Zapier, Slack notifications), team accounts, and per-client folders. The white-label Pro tier is a natural upsell for agencies that want their own branded upload pages.</p>

Reason for selling
I'm a builder, not an operator. I love designing and shipping new things more than running the same product long-term.
