This includes: • The complete Presto Windows EXE installer • All assets, documentation, and marketing materials • The activation/serial key system • All rights to modify, rebrand, sell, distribute, or use the tool commercially 2. Purchase Price The Buyer has paid US$500 for full ownership of the tool. 3. Delivery Upon payment, the Buyer receives: • The Presto EXE installer • The Extras bundle (documentation + assets) • This Transfer of Ownership Agreement 4. Website I will immediately take down the website https://getpresto.netlify.app/ after the sale is complete. 5. As-Is Condition The tool is sold “as is” with no warranties. The Buyer takes full responsibility for all future updates, maintenance, and support. 6. No Further Obligations I will provide no ongoing support after this transfer.
