About SubSwap — Ingredient Substitution Calculator
Out of an ingredient? Swap it instantly.
I built SubSwap because every time I was missing an ingredient while cooking, searching it would give me vague advice without the amounts. So I'd guess at what to put in, and the recipe would come out weird SubSwap is a calculator. Type the ingredient you're missing, the amount, and the unit. It gives you the exact substitute and the exact ratio. 1,000+ ingredients, 4,000+ swaps, free, no signup. Would love feedback on what it's missing!
