Uni Personal is a free, self-contained productivity application for Windows and Android, built by an independent developer in Sweden. Instead of juggling a dozen separate programs, Uni Personal brings the tools of an everyday digital life together into one private, local application.It includes an AI assistant with multi-provider support (Groq, Gemini, with your own key), a capture-and-translate tool for PDFs and web pages, screen capture with built-in OCR, an Epic Pen-style screen-drawing overlay, a clipboard history manager, an Office suite for documents, spreadsheets and presentations, markdown notes, a to-do list, a calendar with reminders, a built-in file manager, a terminal running cmd and PowerShell, an app uninstaller that reaches deeper than the Windows control panel, a small games section, an encrypted Matrix chat client, and Smart Terminal — a homegrown, tmux-like workspace with panes and cross-device sessions.Everything runs locally. There are no accounts, no registration, and no cloud dependency — your data stays on your own device, with AI keys encrypted via Windows DPAPI.
