About BlockPilot — UK Property Management Dashboard
Polished UK property/block-management dashboard — a SaaS starter-kit prototype
BlockPilot is a polished, ready-to-brand front-end for UK residential block and property management. It's a prototype / starter kit — a finished, premium user interface on fictional demo data, ready for a developer or proptech founder to build into a real product. What's included: 15 working screens: portfolio dashboard, property cards (reserves, service charge, directors, residents, lease summaries), maintenance board, compliance & risk (FRA, EICR, LOLER, legionella), documents, AGMs, Budget Builder, Daily Start, Weekly Review, plus Login, Settings, Onboarding and Chat. A shared, consistent premium UI with smooth motion. "Ask Pilot" — a built-in, offline assistant that drafts emails, summarises issues, answers portfolio questions and runs Section 20 maths. No AI bill, no API key. Fictional demo data, brand assets (SVG), and full documentation (README, Buyer Guide, Demo Script, Technical Notes). Who it's for: Developers, indie hackers and property-tech founders who want a polished UI/UX foundation for a block/property-management product without designing 15 screens from scratch. Honest status: This is a prototype / starter kit, not a finished product. It is not production-ready. No revenue, no customers, no users. No active backend — every screen reads local demo files. All data is fictional. No API keys or secrets. Limitations: Read-only; no login/multi-user; single static data set; some screens are presentation-grade demos; desktop-first; no automated tests. Upgrade path for the buyer: Re-brand in an afternoon, then connect a backend for live data, add login/accounts, make pages editable, and grow it into a SaaS. A dormant data adapter already defines the API shape for a future backend. Tech: Vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript. No framework, no build step, no database. Runs from a folder. Why it's worth it: weeks of front-end design and UX, already done — in a real UK niche (block management) served by dated, clunky tools.
Project details
Next step: <p>Re-brand it in an afternoon (name, logo, colours and data are all swappable), then connect a backend for live data, add login/accounts, and make the pages editable to turn it into a working SaaS — a dormant data adapter already maps out the API shape. Other directions: wire an LLM into the built-in assistant, add a mobile/PWA version, and take it to UK managing agents, where the existing software is dated.</p>
