Next step:
The buyer would likely need to initially focus on promoting MEDUSA in order to attract its first active users and build an initial community around the platform. Once a user base begins to form, monetization can be implemented through premium subscription tiers. The planned “Pro” plan would notify users whenever a highly relevant freelance opportunity is detected for their profile, while the “Ultra” plan would go a step further by automatically generating and preparing proposal drafts that users could directly submit on freelance platforms, dramatically reducing response time and increasing competitiveness.

Beyond subscriptions, the platform also offers multiple secondary revenue possibilities. Advertising placements could be integrated naturally between freelancer opportunities and dashboard sections, targeting a highly valuable audience of developers and remote professionals. Simple digital products such as “Freelancer Guides”, productivity ebooks, and remote work resources could also be sold directly through the platform.

In the long term, as the platform accumulates data regarding freelancer demand, technology trends, job categories, pricing patterns, and user behavior, the buyer could also develop premium market intelligence products. This includes paid newsletters analyzing the direction of the freelance technology market, trend reports for developers, and anonymized aggregate data services that could be safely commercialized for companies interested in recruitment insights, market research, or lead generation — always preserving user privacy and security.

Reason for selling
I never originally intended to sell MEDUSA. Building and developing the project from scratch was something I genuinely enjoyed, both technically and creatively. Most of the platform was designed and implemented independently, and a significant amount of time was invested into shaping its architecture, automation systems, AI integration, and overall identity. However, the project is now reaching a stage where growth depends much more on marketing, user acquisition, branding strategy, and business expansion — areas where I currently do not have strong expertise. At the same time, the pace and workload of my university studies make it difficult to dedicate the necessary time to learn and execute those aspects properly. Even so, I sincerely believe MEDUSA has strong long-term potential and could become genuinely useful for many programmers and freelancers. Because of that, I believe the best decision is to pass the project to someone capable of continuing its development, scaling the platform, and fully exploring its future possibilities.
