Core Concept The application connects individuals who want to trade what they have for what they need. It fosters a circular economy where items find new value through direct exchange, supported by a dedicated role for delivery agents (Pilots) to ensure safe logistics. 2. Key User Roles Member (Customer/User): Can list items for exchange, browse listings, negotiate via chat, and send/receive swap proposals. Pilot (Delivery Agent): Specialized users who handle the logistics. They share their GPS location and are selected by members to deliver swapped items. Admin: The system overseer with full access to all user data, transaction history, pilot management, and platform analytics to ensure safety and integrity.
