Next step:
The infrastructure of GenQR.info is built for a "hands-off" owner to scale quickly using three distinct growth levers:

1. Expand the POD (Print-on-Demand) Catalog The most immediate opportunity is integrating a "Print Your Code" button. By connecting the site to a POD API (like Printful), the owner can sell physical items without holding inventory:

Window Decals: For business owners to put on storefronts.

Table Tents: For restaurants to link to digital menus.

Bulk Stickers: For event organizers.

Custom Keychains: For personal contact sharing.

2. Aggressive SEO & Content Marketing The QR code niche is driven by "How-to" searches. The buyer can take this further by:

Launching a blog targeting high-volume keywords like "How to make a QR code for a PDF" or "QR codes for wedding invites."

Creating landing pages for specific industries (e.g., "QR Codes for Real Estate Agents").

3. B2B "Pro" Features & Lead Gen The buyer can move from a purely ad-based model to a Freemium model:

Offer high-resolution Vector (SVG/EPS) downloads for a small fee (crucial for professional printers).

Add a "Dynamic QR" subscription where users pay to change the destination URL after the code is printed.

4. Social Media Automation Since the tool is visual, it is perfect for Pinterest and Instagram marketing. Creating "Beautiful QR Code" templates can drive massive viral traffic, which directly increases AdSense revenue.
