Saheed Ai IELTS Mentor - Sell Project

Key Highlights Elevator Pitch: Saheed is a cutting-edge, AI-powered IELTS preparation platform that offers real-time speaking practice with instant examiner-level feedback, specifically designed to bridge the gap for non-native speakers. Strengths: Features a highly interactive AI Tutor, real-time band score estimation, a comprehensive Grammar Roadmap, and a built-in Spaced Repetition Flashcard system. Business Value: This is a high-growth EdTech asset in the booming AI sector, targeting the millions of IELTS candidates globally who seek affordable, 24/7 personal tutoring. Opportunities: A new owner can easily scale by integrating more languages, launching a mobile app, or partnering with local coaching centers for a hybrid learning model. Operations The business functions as an automated SaaS platform. It leverages the Google Gemini API to provide human-like interaction and assessment. Revenue can be generated through monthly subscriptions for premium features (e.g., unlimited mock tests) or ad placements. Maintenance is minimal, requiring only periodic API monitoring and content updates, estimated at 2–4 hours per week. Customers The primary customers are IELTS candidates, predominantly from Asia, Europe and other international markets. These users are highly engaged, often returning daily to complete "Daily Vocab Challenges" and practice speaking. The community leaderboard fosters loyalty and repeat usage through gamification. Financials As a newly developed AI platform, the business shows immense potential for high-profit margins due to low overhead costs. Revenue growth is expected to scale linearly with user acquisition. The primary expense is the scalable API usage, ensuring that costs only increase when the user base (and revenue) grows. Additional Notes The platform was built with a modern tech stack (React, Firebase, Tailwind) ensuring it is fast, responsive, and easy to transfer. The sale includes the full source code, database architecture, and AI prompt configurations. This is a "turn-key" business ready for immediate monetization and global scaling.
