I’m flexible on working style, but I value clear communication, honesty, and practical execution over hype. I prefer someone who is comfortable testing ideas quickly and iterating based on real feedback.</p><p>In terms of structure, I’m open to discussing equity-based collaboration at this stage rather than salary, since the project is still early.
