FormulaAITools is a SaaS platform focused on applying artificial intelligence to data extraction and conversion to Excel. It is a service aimed at businesses or individuals to facilitate the conversion of data into spreadsheets. It not only integrates a data extraction tool but also includes a spreadsheet merging tool, making it easy to combine any type of spreadsheet using artificial intelligence. The project was created with individuals and businesses in mind. There is no other company in the market occupying the niche that Formula has targeted, making it a direct entry with few competitors. The project is currently an MVP, 100% ready to be deployed on a server, with a complete backend and frontend. The application includes a monetization system prepared to start operating. Main Features Data Extraction with Artificial Intelligence Allows converting data from a PDF or an image (PNG) into an Excel file. A user who wants to convert any type of PDF or photo containing specific data into Excel can use this service. For example, a user wants to extract data from an invoice in PDF format and convert it to Excel, but it's too much work; the service provides ease when converting that invoice to Excel. Spreadsheet Merging with Artificial Intelligence This tool helps merge any Excel file with another without needing to do anything manually. The artificial intelligence automatically retrieves the data from both spreadsheets and combines them. Account System The SaaS integrates a personalized account system, where each user has their own account where their conversions, merges, and any type of action they perform are saved. Monetization System The application comes with a monetization system integrated with tokens and monthly subscriptions. Each action (data extraction or merging) deducts one token. Subscriptions, tokens, and purchases can be managed from the user's account. The system uses the Stripe API and includes refunds and the creation of discount codes. Reporting System The SaaS incorporates a reporting system, where each user can report any problem or complaint to the administration. Administration System From the administration panel, you can view user lists, conversion lists, transactions, and reports. You can also edit certain user information such as tokens, name, or email. News System It incorporates a news system to keep users informed about new updates or offers. How It Works A user can upload a file to the application to extract data from an invoice in PDF format. Then, they customize the extraction options, and automatically all the data is extracted, showing a small preview. Afterwards, the results can be merged with another Excel file. The user uploads both files, and they are automatically combined using artificial intelligence, creating a single Excel file with all the data combined and structured.
