Next step: The foundation is fully built — the buyer's only job is to drive traffic and acquire users. A few directions to take it further: 1. Marketing — No marketing has been done at all. The first buyer to run even basic SEO, a few YouTube videos, or paid ads will likely see quick results. The product solves a real pain point for a huge audience of video creators. 2. Expand the pricing tiers — Add a free plan with limited descriptions per month to drive top-of-funnel signups, then convert to the €8/month Creator plan. 3. Build a Chrome Extension — A browser extension that generates descriptions directly from YouTube Studio would dramatically increase the addressable market and make the product stickier. 4. Add an API tier — The Business/API plan is already on the pricing page. A buyer with developer connections could sell API access to agencies and tools that process video content at scale. 5. Switch Whisper to the OpenAI API — Currently Whisper runs locally on CPU which limits concurrent users.
