Found Role - Showcase Project

Found Role transforms job searching from scattered chaos into an organized, efficient process—completely free to start. WHAT'S BROKEN Today's job seekers navigate a fragmented landscape: jumping between LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and homemade spreadsheets and bookmark folders. Critical applications slip through the cracks, follow-up deadlines pass unnoticed, and valuable time disappears into irrelevant listings. It's exhausting and counterproductive. OUR APPROACH Found Role consolidates everything you need: Curated Opportunity Feed Access quality-verified positions spanning 40+ sectors with granular filtering by pay range, location, category, and employment type. Visual Pipeline Management Control your application flow using a board-style interface inspired by agile project tools. Progress opportunities through phases: Saved → Submitted → Screening → Offer → Archived. Each tile presents key data: organization, title, location, compensation, and timeline. Layer in personal observations, schedule follow-up prompts, and maintain total pipeline transparency. Native AI Integration Connect conversational AI platforms—Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, LM Studio, or any MCP-enabled assistant—directly to our opportunity database. Query for targeted roles, request filtered results, and receive personalized suggestions aligned with your skills and aspirations. It's like having dedicated recruitment support on demand. Proactive Scheduling Automatic deadline notifications and graphical timelines prevent missed opportunities. Track your entire journey from a single dashboard. Learning Resources Tap into actionable content covering resume crafting, interview tactics, compensation negotiation, and industry trends.
