Total intellectual property is transferred, including the "ChainFeed" name, all branding, complete UI/UX design, logos, color palette, and all graphic assets. The chainfeed.space domain is transferred to the buyer, along with current server configuration and hosting credentials if active. Exhaustive documentation covers detailed technical manual on architecture, installation and troubleshooting, complete user manual, API documentation if existing, and database diagrams and system flowcharts. As part of support and transition, I offer 30 days of free technical support post-sale, two training sessions via Zoom of 2 hours each, knowledge transfer about the platform's unique features, and initial setup advisory. I also include prepared marketing assets: ready-to-use launch texts, product promotional images, basic investor pitch deck, and app store descriptions for potential native conversion.
