AI-generated images are used for fraud, misinformation, and fake identities at scale. AI Detector Arena benchmarks the tools designed to catch them — so you know which ones actually work before deploying them. We independently test 11 detection tools across images from every major AI generator: Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, and more. Detectors are ranked by ELO rating based on head-to-head accuracy battles and community verification. Key findings: most detectors perform inconsistently across different AI models. Flux images evade nearly all detectors. Detection accuracy varies by 40-60% depending on the generator. Our live leaderboard and monthly reports help trust & safety teams make informed vendor decisions.
