Detailed Description

This system allows tracking of people that plays various roles.  We have definedan active role as “tutor” and a passive role as “Member”, this could be for instance the relationship between mother and son. The tutor has higher privileges compared to the Member, however the member can always choose if he wants to disclose his position or not. In addition, the tutor can allow the Member to view his own current position but the default setting is that the tutor position is not available. In the description below the mockups are a preliminary step for explaining the functionalities, a detailed UX/UI with the final GUI. There are two type of interactions tutor/Member: 1. Automatic: the position is sent with a predetermined frequency to the tutor 2. Manual: the Member sends manually the position either on request or when he want to do it, irrespectively of the tutor’s request.  The project was designed to support IOS and Android using the Ionic Framework, but it was decided to concentrate only to IOS first just to simplify the validation of the first prototype. The project was put on hold at this stage because of other priorities given that this was a side project outside our core business.
