About Conges Malins
Smart holiday planner & salary calculator for France
The Problem: Planning holidays in France can be a headache. Employees often struggle to manually calculate the best "bridge days" (ponts) to maximize their time off, or they find it difficult to estimate the real impact of a leave or an RTT on their net salary using outdated HR tools. The Solution: Congés Malins is a free, all-in-one toolkit designed specifically for French employees. It offers a clean and modern interface to: Optimize Holidays: Automatically find the best dates to turn 15 days of leave into 40+ days off. Salary Simulation: Instant Gross-to-Net conversion and RTT/Unpaid leave impact simulator. Privacy First: No user accounts. The Tech Stack: Built with performance in mind, the tool is a lightweight web application focused on speed and mobile-first user experience. Current Status: The project is live and fully functional. I am currently focusing on growing the user base through SEO and community feedback.
