ScreenIR helps Infrared Inspectors follow standardized inspections for various Infrared Inspection Types (Moisture, Energy Loss, Mechanical, Electrical and Roof). It provides a drag and drop inferface for repositioning all rooms and inspection points within each room as the inspector moves through it. It also allows an inspector to save any custom configuration of rooms and inspection points as a template for later use if desired. Additionally, it supports insertion of images directly from a mobile device camera or from the cloud. As rooms are inspected and data entered, the inspection points and rooms are automatically marked as complete and finally the inspector can export to PDF/MS Word and email directly from the mobile web app. The back office desktop web app can be used to manage past inspections and the inspection team. It is an end-to-end inspection capture and client reporting tool that streamlines the entire inspection process, specifically targeted to Infrared Inspectors and their needs.
