We index 300+ online sources that provide freelancers with 5-10 new, high value leads every day, saving them up to 20+ hours per month when compared to doing it by hand. In the last month we’ve added more than 100 new freelance jobs worth almost $2million. We’re building tools to that help freelancers spend less time find work, and more time creating value for their customers.

Who they are looking for

I’m looking for someone who has experience in the strategy and execution of every aspect of online marketing including: SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media, Content and Email campaigns e.t.c. If you're analytical in your approach to marketing, and know how to track ROI and conversion, then I'd like to hear from you. Your day to day job will be to increase relevant traffic to the website, through experimentation with every inbound marketing channel available. This will involve research, writing and promoting educational content for freelancers, setting up automated processes for social and email marketing and optimising paid advertising. It will also include setting up partnerships with similarly targeted businesses and people. You’ll be given very little guidance, and expected to be self managed and manage others. You’ll be given specific goals around revenue, costs and conversion and expected to report your activities and results on a daily basis.
