Reason for Selling
I built Support Copilot solo as a technical exploration and internal tooling experiment, with the goal of eventually selling it. It’s fully functional and ready to deploy, but I don’t have the time or the marketing/sales experience to take it further. Rather than let it sit unused, I’d love to see it in the hands of someone who can extend or productize it. The architecture is clean, the integrations are real, and it’s a solid foundation for anyone looking to build in the productivity or internal support space.

Development Context & Timeline
Project Development Timeline
This project was created on November 2, 2025 and last updated on September 10, 2026. The project has been in development for approximately 10.5 months, representing 315.13329435198 days of development time.
Technical Implementation Effort
Implementation Complexity: High - The project uses 7 different technologies (Python, jira api, atlassian,Docker,FastAPI,slack bot, confluence integration), requiring extensive integration work and cross-technology expertise.
Next Development Phase:
Turn it into a Slack App Convert the current single-tenant bot into a multi-tenant SaaS and list it on the Slack App Directory. This unlocks broad distribution and recurring revenue potential.

Add semantic search or AI/NLP Upgrade from keyword-based search to semantic or natural language processing for smarter, more intuitive results.

Expand integrations Extend beyond Jira and Confluence to include Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zendesk, Notion, GitHub, and more — making it a universal internal knowledge assistant.

Productize and monetize Package it as a productivity tool for startups, agencies, or enterprise teams. Offer tiered pricing for self-hosted vs. cloud-hosted versions.

Improve performance and scalability Optimize response times, add caching or indexing, and deploy the included Kubernetes manifests to support multi-instance scaling.

Deploy securely on-premise The bot is designed for direct, secure deployment using Docker — with no external dependencies or third-party data sharing. Ideal for teams with strict compliance or privacy requirements.

Refactor for multi-tenancy The current architecture is clean and modular, making it straightforward to refactor into a multi-tenant system. This is a key step toward SaaS scaling and Slack App certification.

Build a landing page and brand Create a simple website and brand identity to attract inbound interest. Even a basic demo can help convert leads.

Offer it as a service Provide setup and customization for companies that want internal bots but don’t have the technical resources.
