Lead Prospecting Database and Email verification - Sell Project

Hey, I am a developer by profession and as a side hobby was trying out a startup idea in lead prospecting field. As a result I have built a massive list of emails along with other data of the lead including first name, last name, email validity score, company name, job title, city, country, department, job seniority. I also have corresponding company information including industry, sector, company type, alexa rank, employee count of the company etc. The valid email count is huge(10Mill+) and I was wondering if there is a market where I can sell this. The problem I realized with running a company that sells leads is that the data needs to be refreshed very regularly and although I built up the scripts to keep checking if data is stale and update them, the server costs of running such scripts over 30million leads are insane. The project in essence, has become bigger than a side hobby now and I dont think I have the bandwidth to support it nor the financial and mental(i.e family) inclination to take it full time. Therefore, if someone out there is interested to build on top of my work, I would be happy to make some good money for the effort I have put. I will share the entire database, my email verification scripts which can validate more than 100K email submissions at a time. My data enrichment and data categorization script which will get data of the lead and put the data into relevant buckets to search and sell over time.
