Detailed Description

AI Customer Support & Scheduling Assistant for Facilities Management

This project is a fully working MVP of an AI-powered customer support agent built specifically for facilities management companies and service providers (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, property maintenance, etc.).

It supports both voice and text interactions through a browser-based chat interface and integrates with Twilio to handle incoming customer calls. Customers can schedule maintenance or repair visits directly, with automatic updates to Google Calendar.

The assistant also includes a FAQ & document-based Q&A system (RAG) to answer common service and technical questions using uploaded manuals, FAQs, or company policies. A customer & workforce database helps track service requests, and the built-in notification system (email & SMS) keeps everyone updated.

An admin dashboard provides managers with visibility into requests, staff schedules, and customer interactions. The code base comes with Docker files, deployment scripts (GCP), documentation, and demo videos, making it straightforward to deploy and extend.

This MVP is ideal for:

  1. Facilities management companies
  2. Property service providers (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  3. SMBs needing voice + chat customer support with scheduling

What you get:

  1. Source code & documentation
  2. Deployment assets (Docker, GCP scripts)
  3. Landing page + demo videos
  4. Perpetual license for internal use (non-exclusive)
  5. Optional add-on services: setup & branding, custom integrations, or ongoing support
