I currently handle formulation, manufacturing, and operations as the chemist and founder — but I want a partner who can build out the brand’s voice, look, and storytelling. Skill sets I’m looking for: Strong in branding, design, and creative direction (visual identity, packaging, content). Ability to shape our brand storytelling through social media, campaigns, and community-building. Bonus if you have experience in digital marketing or e-commerce growth to connect creative with sales. Working style: Remote-friendly, with collaboration via calls and async tools. In-person meetings in New York are possible but not required. I’m hands-on, transparent, and collaborative — you’ll have ownership over creative/brand-building, not just execution. Equity / compensation: Open to co-founder equity Flexible if you’d prefer a part-time/contractor start with the option to grow into more ownership.
