About YoExplore We are a social IT enterprise with the core mission to create a fair trade economy sharing in the travel/tourism industry. YoExplore was created to answer the need for local communities to access for marketing and technology resources to promote their local destinations and services to wider markets, while at the same time it also answers the need of travelers to easily find and request more personalized trip from verified local tour operators/local guides.   YoExplore is a P2P marketplace to find and book activities and/or tour packages offered by verified local tour operators to explore Indonesia and beyond with local. Not only does YoExplore offer the marketplace, it also offers the trip concierge services as based on our interaction with initial customers, we found that for travelers, trip planning and booking for more a personalized trip, is impersonal without an assistant, takes a lot of time, and sometimes changes have to be made during the trip. Project Further Development We are currently in beta launch of YoExplore website. Our next development phase is to create the mobile application which will mostly be used as a Virtual Trip Planning Concierge by incorporating the artificial intelligence technology. Travelers will be able to chat with both human and bot agent to help them better plan their trip and do all the booking process on the chat board. Project Marketing Development While in the process of developing the next phase, we strive to increase our customer basis (both travelers and local tour operators); thus more creative marketing strategies with a limited budget are required during this process. In addition, we are planning to reach other destinations in Southeast Asia by connecting with more local tour operators. Market Opportunity Indonesia is one of the next emerging markets in Southeast Asia including in the tourism industry. It is projected that the International arrivals will reach 20M tourist by 2020. In addition, it is also a potential outbound market due to the increasing of middle-up income people. These new and existing middle-up groups tend to go traveling to destinations with similar local cuisine profiles and daily budget to that of Indonesia. The best option is to visit neighborhood destinations within Southeast Asia region.
