Mystery, Murder & Teas - Sell Project

Welcome to The Mystery Tea Company An immersive, interactive tea experience that blends the thrill of a 1930s detective mystery with the perfect cup of tea. Premium teas with unique, themed mysteries included in every shipment. Each package transforms customers into detectives—solving puzzles while enjoying a curated cup of tea Designed for tea lovers and mystery enthusiasts alike. One of the hottest segments right now is the growing tea market and the murder mystery segment of 18-50 y/o females. Operations I have everything setup and running for the new owner to take over and easily scale. A U.S. based tea manufacturer handles all the blending, packaging and shipping so no overhead of inventory and no manpower hours needed for shipping. Shopify based with fully setup store that is currently running. I have 6 of our premium tea blends, each with it's own unique artwork and backstories as well as the main focus, our interactive mystery teas. With these mystery teas the customer receives two tins of a mystery flavor tea they have to figure out as well as a 6 part email stories. Each part requires the customer to solve a puzzle/riddle. Upon receiving the last email a link to a locked page allows them to try and solve the mystery and if successful they receive points which can be redeemed for discounts off future purchases. Social media accounts are currently running as well as a basic marketing campaign. These will have to be scaled to help increase sales. Additional tea blends and mystery stories can easily be added with how I have it setup. Minimal time and hours are needed weekly to run. Put in as much time as you'd like to grow. The booming global tea market ($60B+) is growing with younger consumers opting for healthy options like tea instead of coffee or soft drinks. The murder/mystery market is also extremely hot and growing with the main audience being females ages 18-50. The are also the top consumer of teas. Our brand also capture the rising demand for interactive storytelling (escape rooms, puzzle boxes, etc.) Financials Cost of goods: $7 per unit (+ $1 supplier fee + shipping) Selling price: $16 per unit Gross margin: 50% Shopify fees $79 monthly Additional Notes I am selling as this concept was designed for our daughter to run but other commitments have changed for her and she is no longer able to take over. With my other businesses I do not have the needed time to commit to growing this one. I have over 6 months in development and planning to the current finished product and launch.
