HRlab is an innovative software for HR Management that unites and automates HR processes
HRlab is a cloud-based Human Capital Management solution by tridion digital solutions GmbH. The platform is built on more than 12 years experience in HR management and manages all HR processes linked to data based analyses and third-party applications. It allows the personnel department to manage all tasks at one platform and to overview the entire corporate structure. Whereas the use of single-point solutions is vulnerable to failure regarding the transfer of data and overlapping processes, HRlab connects relating HR processes and enables manager and employee to easily upgrade data. Its smart, automatic and modern usability as well as its customizable dashboard and flexible allocation of roles ensure an efficient workflow. By integrating third-party applications, the platform provides a full-featured HR management and automates regular processes to reduce time exposure. Thanks to its different types of analyzes and statistics, HRlab allows a deep insight into the corporate structure and future perspectives to ensure a strategical HR management.
