About BEEM AI

BEEM an AI coding assistant that helps you build React projects fast with clean code

BEEM is a mvp, minimal AI-powered coding assistant designed to help users build React projects through a chat interface. It acts like a junior developer: interpreting prompts, generating code, and managing file updates. Strong Points (as of now) Clean Prompt Structure — Focused, instruction-based prompt design that delivers clean, scoped AI responses. Short, Fast Answers — Limits replies to short code and explanations (under 30 lines), keeping interaction efficient. Generates Code and Functional Software Even if it's rough, BEEM can generate working code and basic software that matches user prompts. Chat-Based Coding with Project History Saves each conversation and project in the sidebar for easy continuation. Accurate Imports & Dependency Generation Automatically includes correct relative paths and minimal package.json lists. Token System Working Tokens work and reset on page refresh, making it free and usable without limits (yet). Current Pain Points Not Production-Ready Code is functional but often too rough or incomplete for real-world deployment Only Uses Gemini (Weak for Coding) Currently limited to Gemini, which lacks the coding strength of GPT-4 or Claude. No Model Switching Users can’t choose or switch between AI models for better output. (yet) Lacks Competitive Edge (For Now) Without stronger models or a plugin ecosystem, BEEM can’t yet rival ChatGPT, Copilot, or Replit Ghostwriter.
