MyMealWeek is a fully functional MVP designed to generate personalized weekly meal plans based on user preferences, dietary restrictions, number of servings, budget, and nutrition goals. The app provides daily menus with recipes including images, prep time, calories, and optimized shopping lists.

In addition to meal planning, MyMealWeek includes a health module that allows users to track their daily steps and monitor weight progress, integrating fitness and nutrition in a single platform.

The paid subscription version offers an advanced feature where users can upload or manually edit their health analytics (such as cholesterol levels, iron, and other blood values). Based on these personalized health metrics, the app generates customized meal plans designed to help users manage and improve their health conditions.
