About FLYING CAR CONCEPT
build the prototype of a flying car concept
The HCC-400 is a new flying car concept using a VTOL system (distributed of eight rotors) combined with cruiser system (electric turbine) configuration, where the vertical lift and forward thrust are provided by separate rotors. This type of concept approach results in optimal energy consumption and safety/redundancy. Several innovations are introduced in this system. I am looking for investors to build the prototype and improve the design. Some documents are available on request: Global Spec, HCC modes Spec, Business Plan document. Regards
