The influencer marketing industry currently faces three critical challenges. First, brands spend an average of 3-4 weeks finding suitable influencers with only a 23% matching success rate. Second, 47% of influencers have fake followers, resulting in significant waste of advertising budgets. Third, real-time campaign performance tracking and accurate ROI measurement remain difficult, delaying marketing decisions.

Our platform addresses these problems through three core features. The AI-powered automated matching system analyzes brands' target audiences, budgets, and campaign objectives to present optimal influencer pools within 72 hours. Real-time analytics dashboards instantly track engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates, enabling strategy adjustments during campaigns. Additionally, we integrate live commerce functionality, which is experiencing explosive growth in Asian markets, allowing management of direct sales conversions beyond simple advertising on a single platform.

Our revenue model adopts a proven hybrid structure. We charge 5-15% commission on campaign amounts and offer SaaS subscriptions ranging from $49 to $15,000 monthly based on brand size. For live commerce and direct sales, we charge an additional 2-5% transaction fee. This model has been validated by REVU achieving 66% market share in Korea and GRIN reaching a $910 million valuation in the US.

Our competitive advantage lies in combining technical expertise with market understanding. The founding team comprises professionals from major corporate marketing departments and tech startups. Our market entry strategy follows a proven staged expansion model. Year one focuses on Asian markets centered on Korea and Japan to validate product-market fit. Year two expands into European markets starting with the UK and Germany. Year three targets US market entry while expanding services to 10 major countries across Europe and Asia.
