What kind of co-founder is Relyvo looking for?

I'm looking for a committed and creative co-founder or long-term collaborator who genuinely believes in the power of user reviews and online transparency. 💼 Skills & Experience: I'm especially interested in someone with one or more of the following: Marketing & Growth Hacking — to help scale Relyvo’s visibility and early traction. UI/UX Design — to refine the user experience across devices. Mobile App Developer (React Native or Kotlin/Java) — to launch the mobile version. SEO/Content Strategist — for organic growth across multiple languages. Optional but valuable: Product management or fundraising experience. 🌍 Work Culture & Conditions: Remote-first, async-friendly work style. Flexible hours and task ownership — I care about outcomes, not micromanagement. Friendly, transparent communication with mutual respect. I value experimentation, self-initiative, and attention to privacy and ethics. 💰 Ownership & Compensation: Open to equity sharing based on contribution, up to 40% for the right co-founder. If you're joining as a collaborator instead of a co-founder, we can discuss a payment-based role as the project grows. All IP and core branding (like the domain) is currently owned by me, but co-ownership is possible as part of a future legal structure.
