Detailed Description

BeHired is an online platform that simplifies and speeds up the hiring process for event staffing. It provides digital tools for hospitality companies which allow them going public in minutes and reduce hiring time and resources to minimum. Its aim is to establish a reliable community that both, job seekers and event organizers, can count on.



How does it work?


Event organiser creates a job offer. It includes information such as work's description, number of available vacancies, localization, time and hour rate. Job seekers apply and, once they are approved by event organiser, they show up at specified localization and time to do work (according to job offer description). After work is completed, event organiser can evaluate each job seeker. User can create multiple job offers. In the beginning of every month, system generates invoices for event organisers that includes summary of events with job seekers' renumerations, taxes and BeHired commision.



Business value:


The business generates revenue through a commission deducted for each hour worked by job seekers as part of a job offer. For instance, event organiser scheduled work on Monday from 2pm to 10pm. Hour rate is 5$/h. 2 job seekers applied and were approved. Invoice will include the following spending: 8 (hours of shift) * 2 (number of job seekers) * 5$ (hour rate) * <BeHired commission> + taxes. 


Today, system is adapted to UK's law and regulations however, it can be easily modified or scaled to other locations which can multiple revenue.

About me:


Me and my friends started developing this project in 2022. Our aspiration was to launch our own business in London and expand further to other geographical regions. Our motto was "do slower but better", which resulted in BeHired - the best of the kind solution for temporary staffing. However, soon later we realized that first of all we are developers. We decided to monetize this project and focus on other ideas that already come up to our minds.
