A time clock punching system designed to be used on site from mobile devices.
There are over 20k staffing firms in the US, with a number of these dedicated to skilled labor (factories, forklift operators, etc). Employees are generally paid hourly, utilizing a traditional punch in/out and break system. Weekly employee head counts fluctuate, depending on client demand and positions available. Most existing electronic time clock solutions charge a monthly fee per employee, regardless of the number of punches recorded in that time. Penny Punch's advantage is charging $0.01 per punch, allowing the customer to scale up and down as necessary when their employee needs change. Features Employee punches performed through mobile web browser - no app required Optional location tracking on punches, including client location geofencing Optional image capture on punches including facial recognition Employee management through automated imports or manual entry Manager timesheet approvals without requiring an account or login Branding customizations on a per client basis Publicly accesible API for managing employees and timesheets Individual client reporting with Metabase Penny Punch was designed to be largely hands off once a new client is established. Branding customizations can be managed by the client. API access allows functions to be automated if manual management is not desired.
