About Refugeeservice- A Web Portal to Support Integration on the Labour Market for Refugees
Refugeeservice.com makes refugees`skills directly available to the Labour Market and bookable on the website
Refugeeservice.com is an online project to support integration into the German (or any other) Job market. Refugees can be booked directly as freelancers on the portal, similar to the US american portal handy.com Freelancers offer their skills directly to the German (or any other) labour market without any barriers. The project adresses to outperform the numerous barriers for refugees or other new arrivals on the German labour market and allow them to offer their skills directly to the market. We think, that integration of refugees can work only when refugees are able to integrate into the first labour market. Many characteristics of a country or economy can be discovered only by working on the free market! It is necessary for refugees to get in contact with the local population, use language skills and understand the mentality. Furthermore, the German economy cannot craft to sustain such big number of people only by statal welfare!
