Who they are looking for

<p>I am looking for a <strong>technical co-founder</strong> with strong expertise in <strong>full-stack development</strong> and experience building <strong>AI-powered platforms</strong>. Ideally, someone with a background in <strong>supply chain technology</strong> or ERP systems would be a great fit. Familiarity with <strong>sustainability metrics</strong> and blockchain solutions for ethical sourcing would be a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Working conditions</strong>: Remote work is preferred, with occasional in-person meetings or retreats as needed. I am looking for someone comfortable with flexible working hours and open communication. You would be responsible for building and scaling the technical side of our platform, including integrating AI, data analytics, and ERP solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Expectations</strong>: This role will start as <strong>equity-based</strong>, with the potential for salary after securing funding. I’m open to negotiating <strong>equal ownership</strong> depending on the level of involvement and commitment. We’ll discuss percentages based on experience and what you bring to the table.</p>
