The project can: 1. Login and Register a new user 2. Asign admin or user level privilages to a user 3. Add new member, udate and delete old one 4. Block a user if book is not returned 5. Add new Books, update old, delete old ones 6. Issue members with a book if not already issued 7. Check status of a book 8. Check transaction report of entire Library or a perticular member or a book 9. Check the about us option and findout about the developer and the owner 10. Exit the project with or without saving all changes
