Teramine Form Builder is an easy to use no-code form builder which

allows you to build surveys, questionnaires, website contact and

feedback forms, or any other type of form. Point and click interface

allows non-technical users to build a form for any purpose and publish

it on their website or social media. Start collecting and analyzing

data filled by users in real time.


Many types of form widgets supported including:


1. Ask for email address and immediately verify the email by sending a

one-time-password. Never again deal with bogus email addresses.


2. Use an image captcha widget to protect your form from bots.


3. We also support Cloudflare free captcha service for protecting your

forms.


4. Download user submitted data in CSV or JSON format or publish

directly to external applications. Supported integrations include

Airtable, Mailchimp and Google sheets. Or if you use a CRM, update the

data in Hubspot and Sales Force. Many more integrations available and

more published frequently.


5. Many types of widgets supported - single or multi-line text, single

or multiple choices, picture choice, number choice, star rating,

number input and range slider, country and state input, choice matrix,

file and picture upload, agreement input for showing an agreement to a

user and collecting assent, signature input, multiple types of date

inputs, appointment widget for allowing the user to pick a date and
