Next step:
Affiliate Marketing: Based on the existing content to begin with, I would advise to join these affiliate programs and replace existing links with yours:

HubSpot affiliate program (managed through Impact)

Flippa affiliate program (managed through PartnerStack)

LiquidWeb/Nexcess (managed through Impact)

Tailwind (managed through Impact)

Developer Nation

I understand that replacing existing affiliate links might take some time as you need to first apply and get approval. In the meantime, you can keep existing affiliate links as it is. I will ensure that you receive 80% affiliate commission from any sale once tracked. I can add you as a user to my existing Impact/PartnerStack/CJ/ShareASale and other such affiliate accounts so that you can access the performance reports.

I would strongly recommend to join WP Engine partner program which in addition to referral commission will also entitle perks such as one free WordPress hosting (otherwise priced 20$ per month) that can be used for hosting WorkCosec.com thereby reducing hosting cost to zero.

MVP for Startup Credits: Leverage this site as an MVP to apply for programs such as AWS credits for startups and Google for Startups, giving you the potential to scale your online business with cloud and marketing credits.

Service Potential: Offer web development services centered around WordPress and HubSpot CMS, opening a new revenue stream. Consider activating WooCommerce plugin (free version to start with) and adding a payment gateway (PayPal/Stripe/Phonepe/RazorPay/PayTm...) for receiving online payments for your services. I will provide assistance if needed.

Adsense Approval Support: Although the Adsense account is not transferred, I will provide dedicated support to assist you in the approval process. Please be aware that approval is ultimately at Google’s discretion, and I cannot guarantee the outcome.
