It aggregates and Quantifies your professional data from social web such as linkedin, facebook, blogs etc., even your resume. Each user is assigned a Score which represents the potential fit for specific job roles. E.g. Predikt Score of 84 for the role of Data Scientist. For each user the relevant domains are determined (e.g. data science, web development etc.). Multiple factors are considered such as skills, education, experience, projects, interests etc. Algorithm has two main components: a) Relevancy. b) Predictive model. For the predictive model part, we analyze thousands of related profiles and deduce the factors which make a successful candidate, this data is used to quantitatively predict the likelyhood of a potential fit. e.g. People who have studied a course X, have Y yrs of experience and have Z skills go on and achieve position ‘A’. These factors can help predict someone who would likely land in a similar position. The approach is somewhat similar to how a Credit Score is computed or even a Moneyball approach. We have also gathered data, from recruiting experts, about how they evaluate candidates.
