Scenario Planning and Testing for Revenue Teams
Many businesses designed their growth plans using simplistic spreadsheets, and in many cases found online as free templates. These spreadsheets were simplistic in approach, filled with flawed assumptions and bad data, and in many cases assumed that adding more sales people would create more sales, in the face of reducing marketing efficacy, and dwindling market demand. We combine live data and advanced revenue models to make it quicker and easier for sales and leadership teams to plan, test and monitor their revenue collaboratively, all without the need for spreadsheets. It provides a view and an understanding of revenue far further into the future than a typical revenue forecast, offering a view on average 6x further into the future. This in turn helps businesses to spot issues far sooner, and course correct long before issues become serious problems.
