TrackMyStack let's people manage your Health from Start to Finish. People can stay on top of their regimen with daily reminders, tracking & journaling. The software acts as a online personal medical record with tools to find the right treatment and adhere to it. The site contains a database of “stacks” (health regimens) made by user’s other’s users can see to get an idea as to what may work for them, this data is aggregated to create info-pages that provide a summary of the most effective treatments for different health conditions and goals.
