Requester or Referee Sign up for account (only need email/password) or Facebook a. For Requester, it should send activation email automatically. b. For Referee it should let the know something along the lines of, "Thanks for signing up, we will be in touch with you shortly." This will notify the Admin (myself), and I will reach out to the referee to conduct an interview and once we are satisfied with the Referees qualifications, I can activate the activation email to the referee from my end. (Admin will also need to select what Sports this referee is qualified for). 2. (See attached sketches for Requester, followed by Referee) 3. (See second attachment) Once Requester has signed up, they will have the option to "Request Referee". They'll need to enter: 1. Sport Type + Level of Competition (Youth, Adult, Amateur, Professional) 2. Location 3. Time of the event + Duration (or just put 5-7pm) 4. # Referees Needed 5. Free form field to type in any additional instructions + Attached any game/league specific rules 6. Payment type (Pay for Referee + Rent-A-Ref fees) 4. Once the Referee is approved and creates a profile, they should also be able to select the mile radius of how far they would like to travel for games. a. Referee will receive an email (or notification) once there are games available based on their sport and location. Will need to click the log in button in email to view games. b. Once in the platform, they will take a look at the games available and select game(s) they would love to officiate. i. Should they need to un-accept, they will need to do so through the platform as well within 24 hours of the scheduled game. ii. Once unaccepted, there should be another notification sent out to referees within that game location radius saying that there are more games available. c. Referee is only paid once the event has been completed. 5. Should there be a rating system for the Referees? The requested can rate the referee based on a few things or just their performance?
