What is more, most of the feedback-collecting solutions are either hard to navigate or don't cover the business necessities. Bimbala solves all these issues for you and lets you focus on product building. With it, your users may take advantage of user feedback which may be voted on and improved by the other users. Our upvote feature supports multiple and custom types of feedback - feature requests, bugs, etc. If you like an upvote item, you can move it to the roadmap and get to work on it, your users have transparency over it and can check its status. The icing on the cake is you may synchronize its progress with your current task management tool and your users may receive updates on their favorite channel as well.
