Mainly, because it has the most efficient mouse control by speech. Best competing app usually requires a user to say 7 words to perform one mouse click. Work by Speech usually requires a user to say 3 words to perform one mouse click, but 50 most clicked areas in an app require only two words. Multiple executions can be used to click by saying even less words. Another very important feature is quiet speaking support. When a user speaks very quietly, speech recognition accuracy decreases. Work by Speech supports quiet speaking by allowing a user to change required speech recognition accuracy (default settings support quiet speaking very well). But an eye tracker could be used to control mouse movements instead? Eye trackers cannot be used by users that wear eyeglasses or eye lenses (most people that work on a computer do).
