Продаю сайт, в который вложил душу и 3 года жизни. Отрываю от сердца. В "причинах продажи" объясняю, почему.
Техническая часть:
Сайт работает на WordPress. В основу положен шаблон Impreza. Всё оформление статей, включая карточки моделей в рейтингах - уникальный дизайн и верстка. Физически сайт находится на VPS сервере Timeweb. Подключен Cloudflare. Защита от ботов с помощью Antibot Cloud.
Контент:
Часть статей написана мной лично, основная масса - несколькими копирайтерами, эксперты в теме, проверены временем. Контакты двоих, с которыми работаю 1.5 года, передаю покупателю. Есть редактор с филологическим образованием. 100% уникальность статей. Реализовали много уникальных фишек: фиксированное содержание, всплывающие обозначения терминов, голосовалки, стилизированную автоматическую перелинковку, таблицы в каждой статье.
Статьи объёмные - от 15 000 до 45 000 симв. Пишутся строго по семантическому ядру и многостраничному ТЗ. Перспективы для раскачки огромные, если правильно продвигать.
Продвижение:
Проходил курсы по SEO, поэтому всё делал сам: ядро, ТЗ, ссылки, конкуренты, крауд, соцсети... Плохие ссылки не покупались. Закупка ссылок шла после парсинга бэклинков конкурентов, отбирались только самые трастовые.
Доходы и расходы:
Готов предоставить в личку выгрузку доходов из партнёрских систем. Кроме того, вы можете подключить РСЯ или другую контекстную рекламу, чтобы увеличить доход.
От 40% до 50% дохода реинвестировал каждый месяц. Из них примерно 50% - контент, 35% - SEO, остальное - разработка, дизайн и другие мелкие расходы.

I am selling a website in RU (russian) zone into which I've poured my soul and 3 years of my life. It's a heartfelt parting. In the "reasons for sale," I explain why.
Technical details:
The website runs on WordPress with the Impreza theme. The articles design, including the model cards in the ratings, is unique in design and layout. The site is hosted on a VPS server Timeweb with Cloudflare connected. It's protected from bots by Antibot Cloud.
Content:
Some articles are written by me personally, but most are by a few copywriters who are experts in the field and time-tested. Contacts of two with whom I've worked for 1.5 years will be passed on to the buyer. There is an editor with a degree in philology. The articles are 100% unique. We've implemented many unique features: fixed contents, pop-up term definitions, polls, stylized automatic interlinking, and tables in each article.
Articles are in-depth, ranging from 15,000 to 45,000 characters, written strictly according to a semantic core and detailed content brief. There's huge potential for growth if promoted correctly.
Promotion:
I've completed SEO courses, so I did everything myself: semantic core, content brief, links, competitors, crowd, social networks... No bad links were purchased. Link purchasing was done after parsing competitors' backlinks, selecting only the most trustworthy.
Income and expenses:
I'm ready to provide a private report of the revenue from CPA systems. This is apart from income from AliExpress. Additionally, you can connect to the Yandex Advertising Network or other contextual advertising to increase revenue.
Every month, I reinvested 40% to 50% of the income, of which about 50% went to content, 35% to SEO, and the rest to development, design, and other minor expenses.
