About CoContract
Create, Edit, Track, Sign, & Archive Digital Documents on One Ubiquitous Platform
CoContract is an online platform that allows businesses and freelancers the ability to create, edit, track, sign, deliver, and archive over 425 legal form templates digitally on mobile devices, and web platforms. We handle the complete lifecycle of contracts from creation to final archival. Presently we pass around scanned in copies of paper documents in order to get signatures and approvals. This platform unlocks the data in contracts in a digital form so that they can better interact with the new digital landscape (i.e IoT).
