About BnB Buyer
Marketplace for Short Term Rental Properties that are for sale
I've built a unique marketplace for Short-Term Rental Properties that specifically have a rental history. I've built out a mostly automated process of finding these properties and getting actual rental numbers. I've outsourced a lot of the work to a Virtual Assistant.

Who they are looking for

Looking for a partner with experience marketing who thinks that they can help focus in that area. I've built out a proof of concept and done a lot of manual effort to get people to use it, but I haven't identified a scalable way to acquire more customers.

I'd like to take a step back into more of an advisory/consultant role as I focus on a new project. I'm also open to selling the entire site if you would prefer to have sole ownership.
