PTO Plus is a smarter Paid Time Off and Human Resources Management system
PTO Plus is a responsive, intuitive web application that helps small businesses scale their benefits packages and manage their organization structure, removing tedious manual processes from the equation so they can focus on their business. PTO Plus is entirely free (as in beer), as I'm seeking users to work with the product and provide feedback. The current feature set includes the following: True multi-organization (multi-tenant) capability - ability to create and manage multiple organizations with different time off policies under one account. Hierarchical organization management. Employee details management. Custom time off/vacation policies. Custom holidays. Flexible approval policies. Time off request and approval workflows. On the roadmap: AI-based copilot to assist with time off requests and reporting. Time-banked (accrual-based) time off. Bulk import/export. Zapier integration.
