A marketplace platform for users to buy/sell digital products and services

This is a marketplace platform in which users can buy/sell digital products or services, as well as physical products - specifically designed for social media content collaborations between businesses and creators (but could be repurposed). The site admin can charge a commission on each sale carried out on the platform from both buyers and sellers. Please note: Preferably I am not selling the business or brand itself, but only the technical/software assets. This website can be rebranded or repurposed for anyone wanting to start an online marketplace for digital products or services. Alternatively, I would consider selling the brand and business with the platform to someone who would be interested to carry on the SoundSight project - I would give away 80% company equity in that case, instead of a flat buyers fee for the software. Next step: <ol><li>They can continue it as a social media promotion/collaboration marketplace, and acquire buyer users to make transactions (and thus generate revenue). </li></ol> <ol><li>They can completely rebrand/repurpose the platform to offer a marketplace for any other kind of digital product or service, and find other customers/users - this will require different branding and imagery on the frontend. </li></ol> Basically, if you have an idea for a digital product/service marketplace, THIS IS FOR YOU! If someone is interested in retaining the brand and carrying on the SoundSight project, I would consider giving away the branded platform, and retaining 20% of company equity (but would not be involved in the day to day running of the business). Reason for selling

Marketplaces typically require a lot of time and/or resources to get off the ground and profitable - I no longer have any time for this, and ran out of money for a hard launch marketing and optimisation development budget. Basically, I couldn't get it past BETA.
